They maintain brand standards by executing tasks within the Store Operating System, providing a fresh food and beverage offering in a safe environment, and supporting store goals and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
•Deliver guest service with a friendly attitude and follow instructions from store management.
•Practice safe working habits and report maintenance or safety problems to store management.
•Adhere to laws and regulations related to restricted sales, such as alcohol and tobacco.
•Prepare fresh food while meeting food safety requirements and obtain necessary certifications.
•Follow cash handling procedures and accurately account for money orders and lottery receipts.
•Maintain store appearance by stocking shelves and cleaning windows, floors, and restrooms.
•Use suggestive selling techniques to suggest complementary items and encourage Guest participation in the loyalty program.
•Live Thorntons' Core Values and contribute to a welcoming environment for Team Members and Guests.
