Position Summary:
The TAP Lawn-care Administrative Clerk provides administrative support for the township’s Home Assistance Program (TAP) Lawn-care services. This role involves processing service requests, maintaining records, coordinating with staff and vendors, and ensuring efficient communication between the department and residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process lawn-care service applications from residents.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, schedules, and approvals.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely lawn-care service delivery.
- Assist in preparing reports, invoices, and documentation for program oversight.
- Respond to resident inquiries and provide information regarding eligibility and services.
- Ensure compliance with township policies and procedures related to lawn-care services.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; administrative experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry systems, demonstrating strong computer skills.
