Job Description:

As a Community Outreach Specialist 1, you will be an integral part of our community outreach efforts. You will engage with individuals in the community through phone calls to promote our services, provide information, and create awareness about our organization's mission. This role offers a unique opportunity to connect with community members, answer questions, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Place outbound calls to community members to introduce our organization and services.
• Provide information, answer questions, and address concerns effectively.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with individuals on the phone.
• Document and update call outcomes and information accurately in our database.
• Identify potential leads and opportunities for community involvement.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet call targets.
• Adhere to call center guidelines and protocols.

Requirements:

• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and persuasive personality.
• Comfortable making a high volume of phone calls.
• Ability to provide clear and accurate information about the organization's mission and services (training will be provided).
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
