Unlimited earning potential. Our plumbing professionals average $71,000/year ($34/hour) with our top performers averaging $111,000 ($53/hour). Hourly pay is based on experience and/or licensure. SPIFs and incentives are based on your knowledge, efficiency, and drive.
What Does It Take?
- 2 years of professional plumbing experience in the Residential Service Industry Journeyman/Masters preferred but not required
- A passion and drive to explain, present, and honestly provide options to customers
- Successful completion of a 9-panel drug test, background check, and motor vehicle report

Please arrive at 24565 Hallwood Ct Farmington Hills, 48335. This building is our second building you will see with the Thornton and Grooms trucks when going down Hallwood Ct. We do have two buildings.
Parking: Please park at one of our two buildings. We have signs indicating where the addition parking is along the tree line behind the skating rink. If you are unsure, please ask one of our staff members when you enter the building, and they will guide you on where to park.
Plan to be here around an hour and a half and up to 2 hours. We will give an overview of the company, a tour, and on-site interview with our HR Team.
