What You'll Do
As an Apprentice Install Plumber, you'll work alongside experienced professionals and receive on-the-job training in:
- Excavation and underground pipe repair
- Drain jetting and sewer restoration
- Pipe lining and coating solutions
- Floor break and concrete repair projects
- Water heater, tankless water heater, sump pump, and water filtration installations
- Re-pipes, stack replacements, and larger plumbing system upgrades
- Installation of residential plumbing fixtures and equipment
- Understanding job scopes and plumbing system design
- Using ServiceTitan for dispatching and job management
What to Expect
- Work around equipment such as jackhammers, air compressors, and power tools
- Exposure to dirt, gravel, mud, dust, crawl spaces, attics, and basements
- Hands-on training and career development opportunities
- Register as a Plumbing Apprentice with the State of Michigan
- Become proficient in ServiceTitan within your first 30 days
- Learn plumbing parts, tools, and installation best practices
What You Bring
- 0–2 years of plumbing or construction experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- High School Diploma or GED
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
