Key Responsibilities
- Consultative Sales: Guide customers through the selection of hardwood, laminate, luxury vinyl, sheet vinyl, tile, carpet or countertops via in-person visits, phone, email, and digital inquiries. Your customers will include retail sales, builders, and commercial accounts.
- Project Management: Confirm product availability, verify pricing, and manage flooring layouts to ensure a seamless experience.
- Tech Integration: Utilize industry-specific software for accurate estimating, order entry, and scheduling.
- Logistics Coordination: Act as the "hub" between customers, our warehouse, and installers to hit project deadlines.
- Problem Solving: Address customer concerns with empathy and efficiency, involving management when necessary to ensure 100% satisfaction.
- Showroom Excellence: Maintain a clean, safe, and visually inspiring environment that attracts and welcomes new clients.

Schedule
- Monday 8:00 am - 7:00 pm
- Tuesday Thursday 9:00 am - 6 pm
- Friday 9:00 am to 5 pm
- Saturday 9:00 - 4:00 pm **This position works two out of every three Saturdays
- Attendance at afterhours builder events quarterly.
Compensation
Base rate plus commission
Pay: From $23.00 per hour
