KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for policyholders via phone, email, live chat, and social media, delivering courteous, accurate, and timely assistance.
- Policy Management: Process new applications, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and claims documentation while ensuring compliance with CHUBB guidelines and state regulations.
- Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve policy‑related issues, answer coverage questions, and guide customers through claim processes with empathy and clarity.
- Cross‑Selling & Upselling: Identify opportunities to recommend additional coverage options that meet customers’ evolving needs, contributing to sales targets and retention goals.
- Documentation & Record‑Keeping: Accurately log all calls & interactions, maintain up‑to‑date customer files, and generate reports as required.
- Compliance & Training: Stay current on industry regulations, product updates, and internal policies; participate in ongoing training programs and quality assurance reviews.
REQUIREMENTS DETAILS
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and basic data entry.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex insurance concepts in plain language.
