Are you an experienced HVAC Installer ready to lead jobs, train technicians, and deliver 5-star customer experiences? We’re looking for an HVAC Lead Installer who takes pride in quality work, leadership, and getting the job done right the first time.
The Big Task
Lead HVAC installation jobs in residential homes by guiding technicians, ensuring quality workmanship, and providing every customer with a 5-star installation experience.
What You’ll Do
- Lead heating, cooling, and ventilation system installations
- Review job paperwork, videos, and staging before each installation
- Maintain clean job sites, organized trucks, and quality checklists
- Train and develop Install Assistants and HVAC Techs
- Collect payments and ensure job completion through ServiceTitan
- Promote Home Care Club memberships and communicate clearly with customers
- Work closely with coordinators, team members, and vendors for smooth job execution
KPIs
- Meet department daily KPI goals for Labor, Equipment, and Materials
- Obtain EPA Certification after one full year of employment
- Obtain NATE Core Certification after one full year of employment
What You Bring
High school diploma or GED, 5 years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred, EPA Certification, knowledge of installation and venting codes, blueprint reading skills, and the ability to pass a drug test, background check, and clean motor vehicle report.
