Responsibilities
- Assist with landscape installation and maintenance projects
- Operate hand tools and basic power equipment
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Assist with mulching, planting, grading, drainage, and cleanup
- Support crews on hardscape, excavation, and tree projects
- Follow directions from foremen and crew leaders
- Maintain a clean and safe jobsite
- Work efficiently as part of a team
- Arrive on time and ready to work daily
Requirements
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work long days when needed
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Valid driver’s license preferred but not required
Preferred Experience (Not Required)
- Landscaping or construction experience
- Equipment operation experience
- Trailer towing experience
- Knowledge of tools and jobsite safety
