The Junior Recruiter – Supply Chain will support high-volume hiring across production/manufacturing and warehouse/distribution operations, playing a key role in building the teams that bring our products to life.

This position owns full-cycle recruiting for frontline and operational roles, partners closely with hiring managers, and contributes to continuous improvement of recruiting processes. Success in this role requires strong organization, attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Full-Cycle Recruiting & Execution
- Manage end-to-end recruiting for high-volume supply chain roles from intake through offer.
- Lead intake meetings to align on hiring needs, timelines, and sourcing strategies.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates, ensuring high-quality submissions to hiring managers.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple locations (in-person and virtual).
- Lead offer discussions and support closing candidates to drive offer acceptance.
- Partner with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding.
- Drive timely hiring outcomes by maintaining urgency and momentum throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and hiring standards throughout the recruitment process.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies.
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines to support ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Utilize job boards, networking, events, and creative sourcing techniques.
- Leverage local market insights (e.g., pay rates, talent availability, and hiring/retention trends) to inform hiring managers and improve hiring competitiveness and outcomes.
- Support high-volume and seasonal hiring initiatives, including ramp-up workforce planning.
- Establish and cultivate relationships with external talent sources, community partners and recruiting channels.
- Collaborate with temporary staffing agencies to support hiring needs and ensure timely fulfillment of open roles.
- Serve as a trusted partner and advisor to hiring managers.
- Partner with hiring managers to anticipate hiring needs and align on workforce plans.
- Provide guidance on candidate evaluation, interview best practices, and selection decisions.
- Identify hiring challenges and proactively recommend solutions.
- Provide structured, data-driven updates to hiring managers on pipeline health, hiring progress and market insights.
- Deliver a high-touch, professional, and timely candidate experience from application through offer.
- Clearly communicate the value proposition of roles, including career growth, culture and benefits to attract and engage top talent.
- Attend offsite career events, including job fairs and university recruiting events and support the planning and execution of onsite hiring events.
- Gather candidate feedback to continuously improve recruitment experience.
- Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and ensure process compliance.
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, pipeline health, acceptance rates).
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, workflows and efficiency.
- Support job description updates and maintenance as needed.
- Support audits and ensure documentation is maintained for compliance and reporting.
- Support broader Talent Acquisition initiatives as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3 years of full-cycle recruiting with a focus on high-volume hourly hiring and exposure to exempt roles in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Experience recruiting for supply chain, manufacturing, production, distribution, or quality roles strongly preferred
- Familiarity partnering with temporary staffing agencies to support high-volume hiring needs preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions; and adapt quickly in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Experience participating in or organizing recruiting events, including job fairs, university career fairs and onsite hiring initiatives
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with strong ownership of work
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to problem-solve independently
- Experience developing sourcing strategies and using tools such as Boolean search and external platforms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office tools
