As a Harness Technician for an exciting rapid growth AVO company, you are the front line of making sure our hardware and technology is installed correctly. These roles will be responsible for the installation, routing, and verification of electrical harnesses used in advanced vehicle and technology systems. You will work from engineering drawings and documented procedures to ensure harnesses are installed correctly, connectors are properly seated, and all assemblies meet quality standards before moving to the next stage of production.
The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, the ability to interpret technical documentation, and a commitment to producing high-quality work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

- Training will be 9-5 and most likely for a couple weeks
- Available Shifts
- AM: 6:00AM-2:30PM, Monday-Friday
- PM: 2:00PM-10:30PM, Monday-Friday
Core Responsibilities
- Install and route pre-manufactured wire harnesses according to engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Secure harnesses using approved routing methods, retention points, and strain relief techniques.
- Verify connector placement, seating, and engagement to ensure proper installation.
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and assembly documentation.
- Perform continuity checks and basic electrical verification testing.
- Conduct visual inspections to ensure workmanship meets quality standards.
- Identify and report damaged components, wiring issues, or assembly discrepancies.
- Document completed work and inspection results as required.
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and tools.
- Collaborate with assembly, installation, and quality teams to support production goals.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with wire harness installation, cable routing, or mechanical assembly.
- Ability to use hand tools safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
- Ability to read and follow technical drawings and work instructions.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in automotive, robotics, aerospace, electronics, or manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with wire harnesses, connectors, cable management, and strain relief techniques.
- Experience reading wiring diagrams, schematics, or electrical drawings.
- Experience performing continuity testing and quality inspections.
- Understanding of basic electrical principles and low-voltage systems.
