This position would also offer a relatively set schedule working Wednesday-Sunday PM shifts, approximately 2:30p-10:00p (actual hours may vary).

Responsibilities
- Prepping food for shifts
- Preparing food to order as specified by the order
- Delivering food to other areas of the kitchen
- Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment
- Working as a team to execute fine dining standards
- Performs any other duties deemed necessary by Chef and professional staff
- Previous experience in fine dining or kitchen atmosphere preferred, but not required
- ServeSafe certification preferred, but not required
- Ability to operate or learn to operate a point-of-sale system
