Responsibilities
- Greeting members and guests and providing exceptional dining experience
- Having extensive menu knowledge
- Being a resource of knowledge about our wines and spirited drinks
- Ensure excellent and prompt food service to members and guests
- Assist with special events or services as needed
- Set up and breakdown banquet/meeting space with tables and chairs, table condiments (salt, pepper, sugar, etc.), linens, place settings, center pieces, and all other event provisions
- Performs any other duties deemed necessary by supervisor and professional staff
- Previous experience in fine dining or restaurant preferred, but not required
- Ability to operate or learn to operate a point-of-sale system
