Senior Project Manager – Data Center Construction
📍 Texas Preferred | Hybrid/Remote | Travel Required
We're partnering with an established data center developer to appoint a Senior Project Manager to join its growing construction team.
This is an owner-side delivery role, giving you responsibility for taking projects from active construction through commissioning and into operation. You'll work directly with General Contractors, consultants and internal teams to make sure projects are delivered safely, on schedule and ready for handover.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of ground-up data center projects from construction through commissioning and final handover.
- Coordinate General Contractors, MEP contractors, commissioning agents, consultants and other delivery partners.
- Take ownership of the turnover process, ensuring commissioning, documentation and closeout are completed before handover to Operations.
- Keep projects on track by managing programme, budget, quality and project risk.
- Work alongside Development, Engineering and Operations to resolve issues quickly and maintain delivery milestones.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project progress, risks and key decisions.
What We're Looking For
- Experience delivering complex MEP-intensive construction projects, ideally within the data center or mission-critical sector.
- Strong understanding of commissioning, turnover and operational handover.
- Background working for a General Contractor, Developer, Owner or Owner's Representative.
- Experience managing project schedules, budgets and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Comfortable making decisions, building relationships and taking ownership of project outcomes.
