Daily Responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality haircuts with a real consultation before every service
- Perform beard trims, straight razor shaves, and scalp treatments
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation and shop environment
- Deliver a premium experience with hot towels, hot lather, and proper finishing
- Build relationships with clients and contribute to the shop’s welcoming vibe
- Respect appointment punctuality and uphold shop policies

Requirements
- Valid Arkansas barber license
