Thor Motor Coach is seeking an experienced B Van / Class C Systems Tester to join our team in Bristol.
Job Responsibilities:
- Timely auditing and documenting of defects of all RV systems
- Troubleshoot electrical and plumbing issues
- Functional systems testing
- Water testing and air checks
- Ensure all defects are repaired and are verified before each line roll
- Ensure all units are up to code
- Communicate to production employees common defects and work jointly on solutions
- Answer employee questions and help train
- Communicate to other inspectors regarding defects found in their particular area of inspection.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and quality
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Requires constant movement including in and out of units multiple times per day
- Must have a flexible schedule
- Previous RV experience preferred
- Tablet usage for testing
- RVIA code understanding preferred
