Customer Service Admin- Concierge
We are currently searching for a Customer Service Support member to join the Thor Motor Coach team!
The position is located in Wakarusa, Indiana. We would love the opportunity to set up a time to interview!
Looking for a RELIABLE, DEPENDABLE, and POSITIVE team player to welcome our new owners and assist the customer service team with daily tasks.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform Concierge Calls – welcome calls to new owners
- Assist with scanning and attaching documents in our DAX system
- Perform any other requests assigned by Customer Service Admin Manager
- Many opportunities to learn other critical tasks
- Cross-train across several functions
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- High School Education
- Excel, Word, and Outlook experience is a plus but not required
