About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Project/Program Manager to lead the integration of partner organizations into the delivery of our Pagero e-invoicing and compliance platform.
This role is responsible for driving seamless collaboration between internal teams and external partners to ensure successful implementation of Pagero solutions. You will establish governance frameworks, oversee program delivery, and enable partners to effectively contribute to high-quality, customer-centric outcomes.
This is a highly visible, execution-focused role that will build scalable partner integration models to accelerate delivery timelines, optimize resource utilization, and ensure measurable performance standards across the implementation lifecycle.
You will collaborate closely with Implementation Teams, Product, Partner Operations, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, and external partner organizations to drive alignment, remove blockers, and embed best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Partner Integration Leadership
Lead end-to-end program management for the integration of partner organizations into Pagero implementation workflows.
Develop and execute structured partner integration plans with defined roles, responsibilities, timelines, and success metrics.
Establish governance structures, communication cadences, and escalation paths across internal and external teams.
Monitor program health metrics including timelines, budgets, resource utilization, and quality standards.
Manage cross-workstream dependencies, resolve conflicts, and proactively remove blockers.
Facilitate knowledge transfer and capability building to ensure long-term partner success.
Drive alignment on implementation methodologies, standards, and best practices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as the primary liaison between partner organizations and internal stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Collaborate with Implementation, Product, Customer Success, Partner Operations, Legal, and Finance teams to streamline partner integration processes.
Advocate for both partner and customer needs to enhance delivery efficiency and reduce friction.
Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve partner experience and accelerate customer time-to-value.
Establish regular stakeholder cadences to ensure accountability, alignment, and continuous improvement.
Strategy & Operational Excellence
Define and refine partner integration playbooks and operational frameworks.
Establish KPIs and reporting structures to measure partner performance and program success.
Identify risks, issues, and opportunities, implementing mitigation and improvement strategies.
Provide executive-level reporting and status updates.
Document lessons learned and contribute to continuous process enhancement.
Qualifications
7 years of program/project management experience, including at least 3 years in senior-level program roles managing complex, multi-stakeholder technology implementations.
Experience managing professional services or implementation-focused projects.
Proven success managing partner ecosystems and integrating external organizations into delivery workflows.
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders in complex, matrixed environments.
Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships across organizations.
Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into structured, executable program plans.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort leveraging data to guide decisions.
Experience working in global environments across diverse geographies preferred.
Proficiency with program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Self-starter capable of operating independently in a remote environment.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $75 - 85/h USD.
