Thomson Tree Service is seeking a motivated, organized, and professional Tree Service & Administrative Coordinator to join our growing team.
This is a full-time, fast-paced role supporting our estimator, coordinating two tree crews, and serving as the primary point of contact for customers. The right candidate enjoys being busy, thinks ahead, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Answering and managing a high volume of incoming calls.
- Scheduling estimates and coordinating daily work for two crews.
- Supporting the estimator with administrative tasks throughout the day.
- Customer communication and follow-up.
- Creating and posting basic marketing and advertising content (online and in the field).
- Maintaining organized records and documentation.
- Assisting with office operations across NH/VT locations.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (overtime likely during peak season).
Office Locations:
Upper Valley NH/VT and NH Lakes Region (must be comfortable traveling between locations).

Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Comfort in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Google Maps, Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
- Familiarity with ChatGPT and social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
- Strong preference for candidates with geographic knowledge of NH & VT.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to think ahead and manage competing priorities.
Compensation:
$25–$30 per hour, depending on experience.
