Employee & Manager Support

  • Guide employees through the transition, including communicating key dates and new leave request procedures

  • Respond to leave-related questions and escalations through the HR case management system

  • Troubleshoot issues related to leave requests and the migration process

Collaboration

  • Partner with HR, IT, and the implementation vendor to ensure a successful rollout

  • Serve as a subject matter resource on both the legacy and new leave management processes

What We're Looking For

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 3+ years of HR Operations or HR Services experience

  • Hands-on experience administering employee leave and absence programs

  • Strong understanding of US leave regulations, including state-mandated paid leave programs and how they interact with employer-sponsored benefits

  • Experience using HRIS platforms (Workday preferred) and HR case management systems

  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and data accuracy

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage confidential employee information with discretion

  • Comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting HR system implementations or data migrations

  • Project coordination or vendor management experience

  • Exposure to AI-enabled HR tools or digital HR technologies

  • Strong communicator — Clearly explains processes and supports employees through change.

  • Collaborative — Partners effectively with HR, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders.
