We have one opening for CNC Grinder Operator for our first shift.
Starting pay range of $24.00-$30.00/hour.
As a CNC Grinder Operator at Regal Rexnord Thomson/Nook Cleveland Division your focus will be to:
Experience: 6 months – 1-year related experience or training.
Specific Skills & Knowledge:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, and sit. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.

As a CNC Grinder Operator at Regal Rexnord Thomson/Nook Cleveland Division your focus will be to:
- Set up centerless grinder machinery.
- Operate centerless grinder machinery upholding and adhering to production standards and ISO 9001 regulations and guidelines.
- Inspect product to print, looking for any flaws and defect of material, including deburring if necessary.
- Move completed material to next workstation.
- Maintain clean and safe work environment.
Experience: 6 months – 1-year related experience or training.
Specific Skills & Knowledge:
- Ability to interpret and understand verbal and written directions.
- Mechanically inclined with strong math skills.
- Ability to read basic measuring devices, including micrometers, and calipers. Working knowledge of surface footage and feed rates and experienced in calculating feeds and speeds.
- Must successfully complete a blueprint reading course.
