Our real estate team is seeking a creative, organized Marketing & Administrative Coordinator to support marketing, social media, events, and office operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys design work, multitasking, and helping a team deliver exceptional client experiences.
Compensation:$18 - $20 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Create marketing materials in Canva (postcards, event graphics, guides, PopBy items)
- Manage social media posts for listings, events, and real estate content
- Prepare and mail postcards, gifts, and prospecting campaigns
- Photograph buyer homes and assist with listing setup
- Support client events: venue research, supplies, setup/tear‑down, photography
- Manage office supplies, branded items, and vendor coordination
- Provide general admin support, including receipts and team communications
Qualifications:
Required:
- Canva proficiency
- Experience with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (including mail merge)
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred:
- Real estate or event planning experience
- Familiarity with Google Keep, Dropbox, SEO, or analytics
