Thompson First Group is seeking a Repair Technician for a direct hire position with a local client in Dallas, TX.
Candidates that have a background performing troubleshooting, repair and replacement on electrical and mechanical equipment are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting and diagnosis of the appliances sent in.
- Replacement or repair of defective components.
- Functional safety checks and quality control.
- Cleaning of the appliances as part of the repair service with the aim to improve customer
- satisfaction
- Packing and unpacking of units
- Maintaining an accurate and complete record of all repairs made and parts utilised in various
- software systems
- Picking of parts for repair orders
- Movement and picking of stock within the warehouse
- Upholding a spotless and well-organized working environment
