The Rental Operations Clerk is responsible for assisting the Thompson Rents branch manager, rental sales representatives, service personnel, members of the sales operations team, and occasionally assisting customers and prospects. Essential Responsibilities & Expectations
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Scanning documents
- Filing documents
- Separating and distributing incoming mail
- Making bank deposits and processing cash sheets daily
- Entering equipment pricing
- Special projects assigned by supervisor or other managers
Education
- High school diploma or the equivalent required
- Some college preferred
- Previous experience and a working knowledge of the rental and construction industry and equipment are preferred.
- Experience using personal computers and basic typing skills are required.
- Candidates must possess the ability to quickly acquire the following required Skills and Competencies:
