The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in litigation / foreclosure and /or collections litigation. Candidate MUST be a member in good standing of the California bar AND live in the Los Angeles Area. Candidate will be responsible for drafting pleadings; attending hearings; responding to discovery; taking depositions and handling other litigation matters.
