What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nutrition Services Production Lead position at Thompson School District?
SUMMARY: The Production Lead works to plan, receive, prep, cook (as needed) and pack out meal components for all the school sites and programs assigned to the Production Kitchen. The Production Leads culinary and management skills facilitate the preparation of whole, fresh, delicious and nourishing foods, while maintaining an efficient, clean, safe and orderly work environment.
