Supervisory Responsibilities
- None
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently to meet customer demands.
- Receiving: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy against purchase orders and delivery documents.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stocking and organizing inventory, conducting regular cycle counts, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Loading/Unloading: Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment as necessary.
- Warehouse Organization: Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe by following established safety guidelines and maintaining equipment.
- Reporting: Complete paperwork, update logs, and maintain records related to shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot order issues and inventory discrepancies as they arise, reporting any concerns to the Warehouse Manager.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Cross-Training: Work with other departments as needed to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse required.
- Familiar with inventory management and ordering products.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work individually and with a team.
- Ability to prioritize needs and shift focus quickly.
- Ability to be flexible and dependable.
- Ability to learn new computer programs.
- Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, preferred.
- Maintains a valid driver's license and ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Position will require utilizing a computer, talking on the phone, attending virtual online meetings, standing/walking and being on your feet for up to 8 hours a day, and lifting up to 75 pounds.
- Could work in a non-air-conditioned environment.
