- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
- Develop and implement growth stra tegies to increase sales volume with assigned customers through phone calls, cold calling, and onsite meetings.
- Work with clients to understand and identify their strategic vision, objectives and needs while aligning our products and services .
- Ensure customer sati sfaction and work to resolve customer concerns .
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty .
- Performs other related duties as assigned .
- Four-year college degree , preferred
- 1-3 years previous experience in sales or service industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customers
- Strong client-facing skills and effective at selling to decision-makers.
- Entrepreneurial and goal-driven focus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Plans, organizes, and uses time efficiently and effectively.
- Dependable, follow instructions, responds to management direction.
- Maintains a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and ability pass a drug and background check.
- Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, walking, and talking on the phone , attending virtual online meetings, and working on a computer .
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
- Must be able t o operate a motor vehicle and travel when needed .
