Duties
- Respond promptly to emergency calls for water damage, fire restoration, flood recovery, and mold remediation projects.
- Perform cleaning tasks including debris removal and surface sanitation using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Operate power tools, hand tools, company vehicles, and specialized equipment safely following established safety protocols.
- Conduct restoration activities such as water mitigation, structural drying, and fire and smoke mitigation.
- Apply personal protective equipment (PPE) including respiratory protection during hazardous material handling or mold abatement procedures.
- Follow strict safety protocols to ensure personal safety and that of team members during all operations.
- Communicate clearly with clients and answer any questions professionally.
- Maintain detailed logs of work performed, materials used, and safety compliance throughout each project.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in the restoration industry or related construction fields is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of water damage restoration, fire restoration, mold remediation, and flood recovery techniques.
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and company vehicles safely and effectively.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols including PPE use and respiratory protection standards.
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude toward client interactions.
- Ability to respond quickly during situations with emergency response readiness.
- Physical ability to perform demanding tasks such as lifting heavy materials, working in confined spaces, or climbing ladders.
