What are the responsibilities and job description for the Concrete Batch Plant Electromechanical Technician position at Thompson Pipe - USA?
It’s 6:00 a.m. on the catwalk above the aggregate bins. A VFD shows a fault, a dust collector needs new bags, and production kicks off in 30 minutes. You pop the control panel, trace the circuit, swap a sensor, and log the work in the CMMS. By lunch you’ve tuned a load cell, PM’d the compressor, and welded a cracked hopper lip. By end of shift, the batch plant is running full tilt—exactly how you like it.
