Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Assurance Specialist based in South Beloit, IL. The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for implementing quality control and assurance processes, conducting quality audits, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). The role also includes monitoring production processes, identifying areas for improvement, maintaining quality documentation, and collaborating with teams to address and resolve quality-related issues.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance practices
- Experience in Quality Management and Quality Auditing
- Knowledge of and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with quality improvement initiatives and tools is a plus
- Relevant certifications in Quality Assurance or related fields are advantageous
- CWI Or AMPP CIP certifications are preferred.
