Are you the kind of dental assistant who can juggle four things at once, anticipate the doctor's next move, and still manage to smile when the suction decides to have a mind of its own? We might be looking for YOU!
We are an established, busy general dental practice with two doctors, a great reputation, and a team that takes pride in providing excellent patient care. We're looking for an experienced, dependable, and motivated Back Office Dental Assistant to join our team!
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Previous dental assisting experience is a must!
- Someone dependable and punctual (we love a good morning person, but at the very least, please beat the patients to the office! ).
- A team player who can keep up in a fast-paced environment without breaking a sweat... or at least without showing it!
- Someone who is organized, proactive, and knows how to stay one step ahead of the doctors.
- Excellent chairside manner and a genuine love for helping patients feel comfortable.
- Someone who takes pride in their work and understands that a great dental experience starts with a great team.
- A positive attitude, a good sense of humor, and the ability to roll with the occasional dental office curveball!
YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES MAY INCLUDE:
- Assisting doctors during a variety of dental procedures.
- Keeping treatment rooms clean, stocked, and ready to go.
- Taking X-rays and completing clinical tasks within your qualifications.
- Helping patients feel comfortable and cared for.
- Staying organized and keeping the back office running smoothly.
- Anticipating the doctor's needs before they even have to ask. (Mind-reading skills are a bonus, but not required!)

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
