Duties

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, plastering, caulking, stucco as needed
• Apply paint, stain, varnish, or other finishes using hand tools such as brushes, rollers, spray guns (including airless paint spraying), and power tools
• Maintain safety standards on construction sites by handling tools properly and adhering to protocols during masonry or welding tasks

Requirements

• Being able to lift up to 50 lbs
• comfortable with heights
• Excellent attention to detail combined with the physical stamina necessary for long hours on-site working with hand tools or scaffolding
• no specific painting experience necessary
