We are looking for a reliable and experienced Meat Cutter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cutting, trimming, and preparing a variety of meats for sale. This position requires attention to detail and a commitment to providing quality products to our customers. Responsibilities:
- Cut, trim, and prepare meat for sale.
- Operate a variety of cutting equipment, including saws, grinders, and slicers.
- Check for quality and freshness of meat.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed.
- Understand the different cuts of meat and how to prepare them for sale.
Qualifications:
- REQUIRED: Experience working as a butcher/meat cutter OR experience in a kitchen/restaurant.
- Own reliable transportation to commute to work daily.
Hours are M-F 6:00am-2:45pm. No nights, no weekends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
