POSITION: Advisor- PBIS
LOCATION: TMS
REPORTS TO: TMS Administration
SCHOOL YEAR: 2026-2027
JOB DESCRIPTION:
EDUCATION, TRAINING, and EXPERIENCE:
- Assigned to Thompson Middle School in any instructional position
- Demonstrates ability to perform the responsibilities listed below as evidenced by previous experience.
- Has strong organizational skills
- Promote a fun, positive culture, and climate at Thompson Middle School
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and lead a Health and Wellness team that meets monthly
- Organizes Quarterly Staff Celebrations
- Keep track of Special Holidays- Nurses Day, Secretaries Day etc.
- Organizes opportunities for exercise for staff.
- Prepares monthly Gifts for Staff
- Collaborates with administration to promote ideas to support the health and wellness of the staff.
- Collaborate with TMS PTO to Plan Events for Staff
- Health and Wellness Bulletin Board
- Promote Seasonal Themes
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: $300 annual stipend
