Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Leasing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong customer service orientation.
This full-time position will be required to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct property tours with potential tenants and provide information on available units
- Process lease applications and renewals
- Utilize effective upselling techniques to maximize rental income
- Maintain accurate records of prospective tenants and units
- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or inperson
- Coordinate property maintenance requests and follow up on completion
- Assist in legal administrative tasks related to leasing agreements
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles
- Familiarity with property management software (Entrata) is a plus
- Knowledge of Section 8 housing regulations is advantageous
- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Experience in property management or related field is beneficial
