Minimum Job Requirements

Job Duties:
· Answer the phones and door
· Keep office supplies and materials in stock
· Schedule meetings for in person and on Zoom
· Prepare and mail invoices
· Communicate with clients about billings and account receivables
· Maintain records of payments received
· Help prepare proposals and contracts
