Thompson Law, a nationally growing personal injury firm based in Dallas, seeks an Intake Paralegal to join the Atlanta team!

About the job:

This is a fast-paced team environment that is committed to excellent work and enjoying what we do. The position entails answering incoming calls and interacting with potential new clients over the phone and in person in a caring manner. Responding to calls efficiently and accurately, including addressing concerns, notifying paralegals and investigators, providing excellent customer service, and performing other administrative duties.

Schedule:

• Tuesday- Saturday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
  
  

Qualifications:

• REQUIRED: Bilingual in English and Spanish
• 2-4 years working in a Law firm
• 1 years as an Intake Paralegal (Personal Injury Law highly preferred)
• Willingness and ability to interact with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers/paralegals over the phone and in person.
• Proficient in computer and administrative skills
• Overall, organization and attention to detail are necessary
  
  

Total Compensation Package:

• $24-$28 per hour ($50K-$60K per year) Bonus
