The Position:
The job will be a combination of front desk customer service, light housekeeping, and organizing/ distributing office mail.
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls from existing clients
- Assisting lawyers and paralegals in day-to-day activities
- Organizing mail and scanning documents
- Preparing correspondence
- Delivering superior client service over the phone and in person
Qualifications:
- Proficient in computer and administrative skills (Microsoft Office products)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness and ability to interact with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers/paralegals over the phone and in person
- Spanish-speaking proficiency
- Energetic, outgoing, and collaborative demeanor
- Commitment to delivering exceptional client service
Total Compensation Package:
- Hourly/Salary to competitively match the entry-level to mid-level experience needed for the position
