We're growing and looking for a Client Care Coordinator to be the friendly, organized first point of contact for our clients.
What you'll do
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and greet visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Schedule appointments and closings, and confirm and update client information
- Coordinate documentation for real estate closings and other legal matters
- Keep clients informed and make sure they understand their next steps
- Maintain accurate records in our case and closing management systems
- Support attorneys and staff with administrative tasks
- Proactively follow up with clients, agents, and lenders to ensure a smooth, positive experience
What we're looking for
- Real estate experience (required), such as in a law firm, title company, real estate office, or lender
- Comfort with technology and the ability to quickly learn new software, including case and closing management systems
- Proficiency with email, calendars, and word processing
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues
- Professional phone etiquette and experience with multi-line phone systems
- Clear, effective verbal and written communication
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- A grateful attitude and a genuine desire to deliver an exceptional client experience
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
