General Handyman

Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and versatile General Handyman to join our dynamic facilities maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our residential and commercial properties. Your expertise will help maintain a welcoming environment by performing a wide range of repair, installation, and maintenance tasks. Duties

• Perform general repairs including plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and painting work,
• Assist with residential painting projects to enhance property appearance and value
• Operate tools such as ohmmeters, saws, and various hand tools to execute repairs
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to include pictures and notes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in home maintenance or related roles with hands-on skills in construction tasks
• Strong knowledge of drywall, plumbing and constuction
• Ability to perform residential painting and basic carpentry work efficiently
• Supervising or leadership experience is preferred to coordinate team efforts effectively
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly in English
• Knowledge of CMMS software for tracking maintenance activities is a plus
• Precise troubleshooting and repairs

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
