Complete painting and decorating projects with precision and attention to detail, maintaining high standards of

- Carry out regular maintenance and touch-up work to ensure the hotel’s interior and exterior surfaces remain in
- Maintain and/or replace grouting and caulking as required with expert quality
- Coordinate with departments such as Front Office and Housekeeping to schedule projects with minimal disruption
- Maintain an organized inventory of paints, tools, and equipment, coordinating with Purchasing to reorder supplies
- Follow all safety regulations when working with paints, chemicals, ladders, scaffolding, and other equipment to
- All other duties as assigned by leadership
- 1–3 years of professional painting experience (commercial, residential, or hospitality).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills with engineering/maintenance staff and hotel leadership.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Customer-service mindset when working near guests or in occupied areas.
- Experience with interior and exterior painting techniques.
