As a Server Assistant, you will support the service team in delivering an organized, efficient, and welcoming experience for every guest. This is a fast-paced PM position with opportunities to interact with guests and work closely with Servers, culinary colleagues, and the broader Food & Beverage team.
The typical schedule is 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Flexibility is required, as schedules may vary based on business needs and may include weekends, holidays, and special events.

- Support Servers with timely and attentive guest service.
- Set, clear, and reset tables according to restaurant standards.
- Deliver water, bread, food, beverages, and other items to guests as directed.
- Assist with table maintenance throughout the meal.
- Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked service stations.
- Assist with side work, opening and closing duties, and restaurant setup.
- Communicate guest needs and requests to Servers and other team members.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, service, and hotel standards.
- Work collaboratively with Servers, culinary colleagues, hosts, and management.
- Perform additional duties as needed based on business needs.
- Previous upscale restaurant or hotel experience preferred.
