Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a diverse range of Southern dishes following established recipes and guidelines.
- Ensure the quality, presentation, and consistency of each dish, meeting our restaurant's high standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to manage food orders, timing, and overall kitchen efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following food safety and sanitation standards.
- Culinary experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong understanding of cooking techniques, flavor profiles, and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, communicate clearly, and adapt to changing demands.
- Attention to detail, commitment to quality, and a passion for delivering exceptional food to our guests.
- Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends, and all holidays
- Stand and move for the duration of shift.
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Work near hot surfaces and open flames.
- Use knives and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform repetitive motions (chopping, stirring)
