Responsibilities:
- Execute food preparation and cooking, following recipes and adhering to quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring proper handling and storage of ingredients.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and refine menu offerings.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines, ensuring a safe and hygienic kitchen environment.
- Work in a fast-paced environment to meet service demands and deliver dishes in a timely manner.
- Culinary experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong understanding of cooking techniques, flavor profiles, and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, communicate clearly, and adapt to changing demands.
- Attention to detail, commitment to quality, and a passion for delivering exceptional food to our guests.
- Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends, and all holidays.
- Stand and move for the duration of shift.
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Work near hot surfaces and open flames.
- Use knives and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform repetitive motions (chopping, stirring).
