Job Title: Supervisor (Night Shift) 5 PM - 5 AM
THIS IS AN HOURLY POSITION
Primary Duties:
- Setting goals and objectives for the team
- Training and supervising team members
- Monitoring team performance and providing feedback
- Resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Leading team meetings and delegating tasks
- Reporting on team progress and performance to upper management
Secondary Duties:
- Conducting Performance Evaluations
- Providing ongoing training and development for team members
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assisting with employee scheduling and staffing.

Qualifications:
- 2 years of previous Experience required in managing people in manufacturing or sawmill environment required.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Spanish (not required but helpful)
- Ability use Lean manufacturing decisions when needed.
