Job Description:
The PM Coordinator will serve as an on-site point of contact in Charlottesville, VA., providing technical and logistical support to ensure the effective execution and documentation of Army-standard maintenance processes in the General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS). The PM Coordinator will focus on the coordination of Plant Maintenance efforts and administrative oversight of daily operational activities. The candidate will play a key role in supporting DPW's ability to meet mission requirements while ensuring full system alignment and audit readiness.

Duties will include:

Overseeing day-to-day PM-related activities and coordination with DPW and contractor personnel

Monitoring work order lifecycle in GFEBS, including creation, updates, TECO (Technical Completion), and closure

Verifying that time confirmations, materials, and notes are properly recorded in GFEBS for audit readiness

Ensuring alignment between GFEBS and internal systems for accountability and reporting

Supporting stakeholder meetings and PM working groups; tracking tasks and deliverables

Coordinating with remote support teams to ensure compliance with Army standards

Providing localized training and user support as needed
Position Requirements:

Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Logistics, or a related field

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, maintenance operations, or federal facilities support

Active TS/SCI security clearance required

Experience with GFEBS preferred; familiarity with Army DPW or PM processes highly desirable

Strong attention to detail, organization, and documentation skills

Effective communicator with ability to interface across military, contractor, and civilian personnel

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); SharePoint experience is a plus
