Job Description: The selected candidate will work as a Senior Acquisition Analyst supporting the STORM Project Office at Thompson Gray. Responsibilities include ensuring acquisition documentation, processes, and products are accurate, timely, and compliant with DoD acquisition policies and regulations. The Analyst will serve as a critical enabler to Product Managers and their teams by reviewing and developing acquisition documentation, supporting milestone decision points, responding to taskers, and providing analysis in support of senior leadership decision-making.

Duties Will Include
- Acquisition Documentation: Review and edit program documentation from Product Offices for accuracy, compliance, and completeness.
- Develop supporting acquisition life cycle documentation, including milestone documentation, acquisition strategies, acquisition decision memoranda, and related artifacts.
- Tasker Management: Review, track, and respond to taskers and data calls from higher headquarters, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Senior-Level Engagement: Attend senior-level meetings, capture and interpret discussions, and translate data into actionable recommendations and products for leadership.
- Program Support: Work closely with Product Managers and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to develop acquisition products, strategies, and documentation that support program execution.
- Analysis & Reporting: Analyze program data, schedules, and requirements, and prepare reports, briefings, and decision papers to support leadership decisions.
- Compliance & Policy Alignment: Ensure acquisition products and processes align with DoD 5000-series policies, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and other governing directives.
- Must have a secret or higher DoD security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
- Masters' degree and 23 years of experience, a Bachelors' Degree and 25 years of experience, or a HS diploma and 29 years of experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing milestone documentation and staff products.
- 10-15 years of experience with defense acquisition and program management.
- Must have a strong understanding of DoD acquisition processes and life cycle phases.
- Experience supporting senior-level meetings and leadership engagements.
- DAWIA/DAU acquisition coursework or equivalent certifications.
