What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ag Equipment Operator position at Thompson Farm Services LLC?
Duties may include: Assist with daily farm functions including but not limited to the following: Operate various farm equipment for hay and silage production. Load/unload trucks. Maintain/repair machinery, i.e. change fluids in equipment, rotate tires, wash vehicles, check tire pressure, general maintenance, etc. Ground maintenance on farm and/or housing, i.e. weed eating, mowing. Crops include: Grass hay, and silage mixtures. One hour lunch break. Maintain/clean shop area. Maintain fence & other related Ag Equipment Operator activities as per SOC/OES 45-2091 (onetonline.org).
Possible weekend/holiday work. See addendum C
