Position Overview
We're looking for a Nevada-licensed plumber to serve as our Responsible Managing Employee (RME) and provide ongoing oversight and support for our Nevada division.
This is a genuine oversight role, and compensation will reflect your involvement and responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the Responsible Managing Employee (RME) for Thompson Family Plumbing & Drain in Nevada.
- Provide oversight and guidance for plumbing operations within the state.
- Ensure all work complies with Nevada licensing requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with ownership and leadership as we grow our Nevada presence.
- Help maintain the high level of quality and customer service our company is known for.
- Participate in regular communication and remain actively engaged with Nevada operations.
RequirementsMust Have
- Active Nevada plumbing license in good standing.
- Ability to qualify as a Responsible Managing Employee (RME).
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and industry best practices.
- Professional communication skills.
- Desire to be actively involved with a growing company.
